§ 20-51. Connection required.

In compliance with and under the authority of La. R.S. 33:4004 and R.S. 33:4041 33:4049, the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury hereby adopts the statutory provisions contained in the aforementioned state statutes relative to requiring property owners located within three hundred (300) feet of a public sewer system to connect to the public sewer system.
