§ 22-7. Violation and penalty.

Any person, partnership or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or aids or abets in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Each lot sold or transferred illegally shall constitute a separate offense.
